We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing, customer support, agile sales and marketing support.<br>Now we are looking for customer support manager<strong>&nbsp;fluent Portuguese<\/strong>&nbsp;with B2\/C1&nbsp;<strong>English<\/strong>&nbsp;and language. You will need to answer clients\u2019 requests by phone, chat and email.<br>It is a remote full-time position.<br><strong>Schedule:<\/strong>&nbsp;8 hours per day \u2013 to be negotiated during interview<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in the international company working with people around the globe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yearly incentive \u2013 depends on the execution of the KPI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training will be provided from the company\u2019s side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dynamic work in a young team of like-minded people in a dynamic business sphere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your responsibilities:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respond to customer requests: how to buy the product online, how to pay, how to<br>track parcel with a product, how to return product and get money back;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solving tickets in Zendesk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>You are our perfect candidate if you have:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fluent Portuguese and B2\/C1 English;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good computer skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work experience will be an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selfemployment. We will sign a contract with you as with independant businessman.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can work from home, don\u2019t be distracted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have your own PC and good Internet connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in a stressful situation, skills of active listening and attention to detail, respect for the Client, focus on helping Clients, empathy, calm character.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge or experience of Zendesk or Freshdesk will be advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will be glad to see you in our team!
