This amazing job opportunity will develop your knowledge of digital marketing tools in the tourism industry!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>It is a remote full-time position.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Schedule<\/strong>: 9 am&nbsp;\u2013 6 pm Central Europe Time, Monday-Friday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>At PEXLY, you have a great opportunity to get:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in the international company working with people around the globe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salary \u2013 700$<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yearly incentive<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 depending on the execution of the KPI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training will be provided by the company and the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dynamic work in a young team of like-minded people in a demanded business sphere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management\u2019s attention, support, and motivation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will answer tickets via Zendesk CRM;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will manage user\u2019s accounts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will fill the knowledge database;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will manage subscriptions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will make changes to bookings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will answer general questions about this platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be a part of our support team and handle questions from hotel representatives about their services on this platform.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are our&nbsp;<strong>perfect candidate<\/strong>&nbsp;if you have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>French B2\/C1<\/strong>\u00a0writing and speaking;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>English B1\/B2\u00a0<\/strong>writing and speaking;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Have experience in customer support;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attentive to detail, responsible, detail-oriented, and\u00a0focused on helping Clients;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Google\u00a0AdWords\u00a0will be an advantage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good computer skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Self-employment<\/strong>.
