You will be a part of a dream-team who will maintain and develop healthy customer relationship for the German beauty brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>It is a remote full-time position<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>At PEXLY you have great opportunity to get:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in the international company working with people around the globe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compensation \u2013 800$ for the first 3 months, and 900$ after 3 months<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training will be provided by the company and the client;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dynamic work in a young team of like-minded people;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management\u2019s attention, support and motivation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handling clients request via email and WhatsApp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with Zendesk platform;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other related CS tasks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting to senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are our&nbsp;<strong>perfect candidate<\/strong>&nbsp;if you have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>German C1 (writing and speaking);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English B2 (writing and speaking);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in customer support;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of CRM (Zendesk will be an advantage);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can work from home,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>don\u2019t be distracted;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have your own PC and good Internet connection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PEXLY<\/strong>&nbsp;is a global company.
