Now we are looking for customer support manager fluent German with B2/C1 English and language.
You will need to answer clients’ requests by phone, chat and email about the rent of bicycle.

It is a remote full-time position. Schedule: 8 hours per day – to be negotiated during interview

 Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests: how to rent bicycle in application, how to pay or start using it
  • Solving tickets in Zendesk.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

  • Fluent German and B2/C1 English;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Work experience will be an advantage.
  • Selfemployment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman.
  • You can work from home, don’t be distracted
  • Have your own PC and good Internet connection
