Customer Support Manager with Spanish

PEXLY is an international company. We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing, customer support, agile sales and marketing support.
Now we are looking for customer support manager fluent Spanish with B2/C1 English and language. You will need to answer clients’ requests by phone, chat and email.
It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule: 8 hours per day – to be negotiated during interview

Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests: how to buy the product online, how to pay, how to track parcel with a product, how to return product and get money back;
  • Solving tickets in Zendesk.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

  • Fluent Spanish and B2/C1 English;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Work experience will be an advantage.
  • Selfemployment. We will sign a contract with you as with independant businessman.
  • You can work from home, don’t be distracted
  • Have your own PC and good Internet connection
  • Ability to work in a stressful situation, skills of active listening and attention to detail, respect for the Client, focus on helping Clients, empathy, calm character.
  • Knowledge or experience of Zendesk or Freshdesk will be advantage
