German Speaking Customer Support Representative
Join our fast growing company as a Customer Support Representative with German C1 and English B2 language skills. You will be a part of a dream-team who will maintain and develop healthy customer relationship for the German beauty brand.
It is a remote full-time position
Schedule: 3 PM – 11 PM Egypt time, Monday-Friday.

- Experience in the international company working with people around the globe;
- Compensation – 800$ for the first 3 months, and 900$ after 3 months;
- Training will be provided by the company and the client;

- Management’s attention, support and motivation.
- Handling clients request via email and WhatsApp;
- Work with Zendesk platform;
- Perform other related CS tasks;
- Reporting to senior management.
You are our perfect candidate if you have:
- German C1 (writing and speaking);
- English B2 (writing and speaking);
- Experience in customer support (at least 1 year);
- Knowledge of CRM (Zendesk will be an advantage);
- You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
- Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with self-employed;
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar);
- Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
